He isn't looking for meat or even for some fine leather jackets (sorry Threepwood), but is instead perusing the clothing store. In fact, let's say its even the one with a name, All Passions. Today he is in the market for materials he'll be needing for a certain disguise he needs to put together. Something long, bristly, and vaguely beard-like. Not suspicious at all.]
