[One wild party later, Sokka is back in the plaza again. He isn't looking for meat or even for some fine leather jackets (sorry Threepwood), but is instead perusing the clothing store. In fact, let's say its even the one with a name, All Passions. Today he is in the market for materials he'll be needing for a certain disguise he needs to put together. Something long, bristly, and vaguely beard-like. Not suspicious at all.]

Well that's a relief! I was kind of worried that with all these people recognizing me, I'd have some girlfriend I had never met popping up out of somewhere. Wouldn't that be weird?

Admittedly it would be a boost to the ego. Well, anyways. [Sokka holds out a hand.] If the other, younger me thought you were alright, then so do I.

Good to know I haven't lost my charm just yet. Why are you shopping, anyway? Are you looking for something in particular?

I'm just putting together a particular disguise. For uh, stealth reasons. [He lowers his voice.] I need material for a beard.

A beard? That's a pretty radical way to hide your face.

I've never really tried to disguise myself before, but it does sound useful if you want to avoid sticky situations.

[Although not attached all that well, Sokka suddenly turns around with a beard on his face and in a deep manly voice.]

Now just you wait a second there, young man!

[Vyse automatically takes a step back in reflex. Oh snap, that's one of the most frightening things he's ever seen.]
