Sokka the 17th - [Voice/Action]

[So after going around breaking hearts and fighting evil demons, Sokka has found a new hobby to get his mind off of how annoying Luceti can be. That hobby? Cooking!

Surprisingly enough, despite the fact he's used the smithy as his personal kitchen for the past few days, Sokka has managed to complete a batch of eel jerky (or rather, a dish of mán xiāng consisting of salt cured eel) that actually doesn't taste absolutely horrible. It's nothing exceptional, but it is rather tasty. He's set out a plate of the stuff in the smithy, along with some vinegar bowl in a display that looks nowhere near as nice as this picture. At the very least it looks edible. Anyone who for whatever reason decides to drop by the smithy today are more than welcome to try some of Sokka's latest cooking experiment. Otherwise he's going to be inviting people over the journal.]

Hey Sanji, Brook! I finished the eel jerky I told you about. If you want to drop by you can have some. Anyone else who wants some can drop by too, but it probably won't last long if everyone does, though.

Oh. I didn't have much of that where I grew up. Although in Ba Sing Se and the Fire Nation, status seemed to mean a lot. I heard the word 'peasant' thrown around here and there.

I don't understand how people can actually believe that somehow they are better than other people, just because of who their parents are.

You don't think your parents made you a better person? If not, I'm sorry.

I didn't mean it like that! My dad is great. But my friend Aang? He never even knew his parents. Zuko's father was the Fire Lord, but the only reason Zuko turned out a better person was when he learned to stop trying to please his father.

People can get carried away with something they start out thinking is a good idea...

Most people don't get carried away with something they think is a bad idea.

People don't generally think of their own ideas as bad. Well, not immediately anyways.

People will always be unequal. Some people will have things, and some people won't. And it's easier to swallow that if you can convince yourself that it's right.

And it that doesn't work, you convince yourself that it's right to take someone else's things.

Greed and guilt are almost universal. When one wins, it does its best to make the other disappear.

It sounds like your world need an Avatar. A place like your Harmonia wouldn't be able to get away with that for long in our world.
