Sokka the 17th - [Voice/Action]

[So after going around breaking hearts and fighting evil demons, Sokka has found a new hobby to get his mind off of how annoying Luceti can be. That hobby? Cooking!

Surprisingly enough, despite the fact he's used the smithy as his personal kitchen for the past few days, Sokka has managed to complete a batch of eel jerky (or rather, a dish of mán xiāng consisting of salt cured eel) that actually doesn't taste absolutely horrible. It's nothing exceptional, but it is rather tasty. He's set out a plate of the stuff in the smithy, along with some vinegar bowl in a display that looks nowhere near as nice as this picture. At the very least it looks edible. Anyone who for whatever reason decides to drop by the smithy today are more than welcome to try some of Sokka's latest cooking experiment. Otherwise he's going to be inviting people over the journal.]

Hey Sanji, Brook! I finished the eel jerky I told you about. If you want to drop by you can have some. Anyone else who wants some can drop by too, but it probably won't last long if everyone does, though.

Right over here. [He'll step aside, where the food is waiting on the counter, cluttered amongst other weapons.] Don't forget to dip!

It smells delicious! [Grabbing a piece and going for more, though he'll stop for a moment at the sight of the other weapons] Ah yes! Before I forget. Here you are! [Setting his cane on the counter for him]

[While Brook gorges himself, Sokka will be inspecting the cane. This is only the third time he's had a chance to see the sword out of the cane, so he's rather intrigued by the whole thing. He definitely can see where the damage is though.]

[Nomnom - the jerky goes really good with the vinegar. Be grateful Luffy isn't here, Sokka. Between the two of them, there wouldn't be anything left.]

[Luckily though, it's just Brook and he'll remember eventually that it's probably best to save some of it for anyone else who might come to the smithy today. Talking now with his mouth full as sees Sokka inspecting the sword] The damage isn't too bad, but I still thought it best to let you take a look at it.

[Swallowing to talk better] Do you think you can manage?

Should only take me a few days to sort things out. You might want to take a spare sword with you, just in case. You never know when some jerk will decide to burn a store down.

Nonsense! All you need to do is guard your plate and finish your meal as quickly as you can, if you're interested in thirds! [And play tug of war with Luffy over the meat every once in a while]

Oh! Well they can come along too, then! And I actually haven't had the opportunity of meeting Zuko-san yet. You said he was a firebender, yes? [Thinking] I would assume that that's similar to what Toph-san does with the earth, but with fire instead.
