Right, uh, a few things. First off, Toph, I got that thing ready. Took me longer than I thought it would, but I've got it at the smithy. Meet me there!

Zuko, if you decide to cook anything, watch the countertop! I don't want you crushing our new house guest.

So Winry, would you like to have Firebender A? I'd give you Firebender 1 instead, but I'm kind of partial to that one. In any case, I think my days as a Firebender are over. That really gets redundant when you say it so much. No wonder Azula was so crazy.

Well I've got most of it figured out. Kind of. Anyways, does that mean you're in?

Being overconfident is one of the easiest ways to lose. It's much better to allow for the unexpected, especially when you're dealing with chaos. And I have no idea what I'm signing myself up for.

Well there's always the big one at the very end. Although in the case of Luceti, I guess you get to have as many of those as you are reckless.

[In any case, Sokka opens the door to let Nash in. Since it seems like nobody's around (besides a sleeping Miyabi on the counter, Sokka takes one of the chairs to sit on.]

That would be the worst. To die so many times it ceases to be a mystery.

[Nash follows Sokka, but doesn't sit, leaning back against the wall, instead.]

Well I'm hoping to not find out first hand.

Well anyways, you're probably here for the plan, not talking about death.

Don't worry so much! If you do, then you will start looking your age. But anyways, the plan. Ultimately the plan isn't to kill Yuber, because that just means he'll come back with a vendetta.

Just the thought worries me. But no, killing him would be pretty simple, and also would accomplish nothing.

Right. Ultimately the plan is to get Yuber into the tunnels and in a prison cell where he wouldn't have any special powers. Originally the idea was to find a way to knock Yuber unconscious. It wouldn't be easy, but I'm sure even he has to breathe. But the more I though about it, the more I realized that it was too tricky. The moment he would start coughing, he'd just teleport away. So we'd have to lure him into the tunnels, but figuring out how to do that would've been almost impossible.

But then my good friend Sheena [total irony there, yeah] was brilliant enough to discover something I didn't think would be possible. It's possible to put a hole into the tunnel! Which means all we have to do is make our own hole, which my good friend Toph is more than capable of doing from the surface, and set up a trap where Yuber does the same thing Sheena did. Only when he does it, instead of falling on his bottom, he'll be falling into a cage.

And how are you going to guard his cell? Assuming everything goes exactly as you've envisioned.

Well, the Strawhats want Yuber out of the picture as much as I do. There's enough of us to keep an eye on him.

You have a schedule worked out?

Also, what's to stop him from killing himself? If he's falling into the hole, you're presumably not disarming him.

I think scheduling something like that is getting too far ahead, don't you think?

Anyways, there would have to be people down in the tunnel to disarm him as soon as he lands. Or I could design something more elaborate so he won't be able to use his swords.

Maybe, but you can't just assume people will volunteer to go without sleep so they can keep Yuber company. His swords are— it's likely they can change shape. They aren't normal weapons. And he does have allies, who might come to release him.

The tunnels cancel out that kind of stuff. Whatever he can do out here, he can't do it down there. He'll just be a regular guy. And once he is down there, I think it'll be worth it to have people down there guarding him. If people have to sacrifice some time to stay down there and guard him so no one else has to suffer like all the people he's attacked, then I say it's well worth the time and risk.
