[You might notice something unusual today. The smithy now has smoke rising from it once again. If you go inside, you'll find Sokka inside, working on various items with one hand while holding a yellow book entitled "Smithing For Dummies" in the other. A few other books about smithing and metallurgy in general are scattered about as well.

If you caught Sokka earlier in the day, you would've seen him dragging a large amount of weapons back to the smithy, all of which he had previously purloined at the weapon shop when he arrived. He'll also be attempting to drag a few couches from the furniture shop towards the smithy too, so feel free to help him out.]

[Elisa sets a hand on one of the couches being moved, a disapproving look on her face.]

What do you think you're doing?

[Sokka just shrugs.] Making it comfortable. What's wrong with that?

I don't see anyone sticking around for more than two minutes, and if they do, all they're doing is looking for their weapon. It's not exactly a place for loitering.

Unless they need something made. I figure if I'm working, it'd be nice to have someone to talk to. But who wants to stand around and talk, right?

[Elisa straightens up and lets out a sigh. Kids.]

Shouldn't you be focusing on what you're working on?

Well I'm not the one who will be sitting down on the couches. Unless I get hungry.

If you're working and talking at the same time, your focus is off. [Speak for yourself, Maza.] I can allow one couch, if someone does want to wait for their weapon to be made. But you can't fill the whole shop with these!

Why? Why do you need two?

Okay, imagine this. I'm having lunch, not doing much. Someone else sits down. With two couches, they can sit in the other one and we can discuss their order. Now imagine if there is only one couch. Maybe the two of us don't know each other that well. Things could get real tense, especially if it's some pretty girl, and then my focus would really be off.

[Sokka puts on his poker face for bargaining.] One couch and a couple of chairs.

[Elisa crosses her arms. So, he wants to bargain, eh?] Either you get one couch and one chair, or just two chairs.

Nope. That was my final offer or I walk. And I won't return all my other weapons either.

Sorry, but I offered to watch over this shop first, and I have one or two people who'd gladly help me with everything I don't know about. They probably have more experience than you, too.

Ah, but you see, I have something you don't have. [Sokka produces the blueprints for Nash's special order.]

Already got an order, huh?

That's right. He even helped me move in the couch, so I think he'd be disappointed if both the couch, the smithy, and his special order didn't work out.

Like I said, one couch, one chair. That's my final offer. If you don't take it, I'm pretty sure you aren't the only blacksmith around here.

[She'll try to swipe that order out of his hands now.]

[Sokka manages to pull it back in time.] Wow, you're bossy and a thief. You're just like my sister. [He finally shrugs.] Okay, fine. It's a deal. I'll even let you stay on as an assistant.

[Oh, you're a cocky little boy. Elisa jerks a thumb at herself as she speaks, her voice tinged with amusement.] Hey, I'm technically your boss. If anything, you're my assistant.
