[Sokka's journal is writing out some strange stuff, none of it that Sokka wrote. Or at least, doesn't think he wrote. As he goes over it, he voices his comments at some of the really weird and cryptic messages it's giving him.]

Well. Being in his shape, where he was the most powerful earthbender in the world, that's not too common. Although Avatar Kyoshi lived to be over two hundred.

Well, Aang met this old Guru who was probably a hundred and forty or something. He wasn't a bender.

[....heh.] I've certainly heard stories. But no, I don't find that it is. Disease and disaster make it difficult to make it to old age, for most people.
