[This seems like a nice, ridiculous number of people to invite. For three canoes. Despite Yellow's suggestion, he doesn't include Red. He barely knows the guy, after all. Gold... well, he doesn't seem so bad.]

So some of you may have heard I was planning a little fishing trip soon. Not just going down the lake for the day, though! A few days camping under the stars, eating what we catch, living like real men! And uh, women! Just real living! It'll be great, trust me. There's even beach party opportunities, if you know what I mean. If all goes well, we leave this Sunday. So who's in?

So uh.. I hope you guys don't mind if I miss training for a few days. I'll be taking some friends of mine on a big fishing trip for a few days. Unwind! Enjoy nature! That sort of thing. I'll try to keep up my practice on my own, but it would take a few hours to go meeting you guys back in the village, given where we're going.

[Once Sokka has made his messages sent out, he decides to enjoy the day off he scheduled himself from the smithy. So aside from attending school that day (and noting a specific lack of his sister, he decides to hang out on his roof practicing with a new flute he found. As it turns out, he's not very good with it just yet. Feel free to tell him to stop polluting the air with those horrible sounds. Hours later in the evening, he'll be off in the woods, deciding to enjoy some hunting. Anyone out in the woods at the time might find him skulking through the woods in his Water Tribe armor complete with wolf helmet. Because... he just likes an excuse to wear it.]

Yeah. Apparently named for his eye color. Same with his friends - get this, Yellow, Red, Silver, Blue and Green. I'm not even kidding!

[Or freeze them to the ground and not give them dinner at all.]

Um. Woah. They had some pretty unimaginative parents. Does that mean there's like fifty other Greens and Blues and stuff?

I have no idea! But can you imagine if my parents were like that? I'd be Blue and Katara would be... Bluetta, or something!

Wouldn't everyone on your floating chunk of ice be called Blue? Or...Bluetta or something?

I guess so. Blukoda, Blukka, Blutara... All pretty bland names.

Yeah, I'm glad my parents decided to give me a non-eye color name. [Which means 'supported lotus', so not much of a fitting name, but still better than Green. Or Greenette. Or whatever.] Although it'd be nice having a cooler name, like Crusher.

It's not. His real name is something boring. Kinda like my real name isn't Blind Bandit. And whatshisface's real name isn't Sparky Sparky Boom Boom Man.

Probably 'Li'. That's the boringest Fire Nation name they've got.

Yeah, that's a really lame name for an assassin alright. Maybe they choose professional names too.

You know, I've recently come into my own professional name for myself. From a pirate, no less! A real pirate, even. Not like Luffy and the others.

I hope you haven't said that to Luffy and the others. [She expects they'd perform a beatdown of epic proportions.]

Hey, it's not a comparison of quality, but a comparison of activity. Luffy and the others are pirates in name only, that's all.

We told you about the time Katara stole from pirates in our world right? Because that happened, Katara stealing. From pirates. Without paying.

She shouldn't have stolen it in the first place! Those pirates nearly got us captured by Zuko back in his shiny head days.

Man, I wish I was around when Zuko was evil. You guys had all the fun.

As fun as that might have been, I don't think Zuko would have had a chance if you were on the team too. It wouldn't have been fair at all.

Aw, true. It wouldn't have been fun at all to win so easily. I'd take a handicap, but it's been done. Maybe Zuko should have sidekicks! That'd make it fairer.
