[This seems like a nice, ridiculous number of people to invite. For three canoes. Despite Yellow's suggestion, he doesn't include Red. He barely knows the guy, after all. Gold... well, he doesn't seem so bad.]

So some of you may have heard I was planning a little fishing trip soon. Not just going down the lake for the day, though! A few days camping under the stars, eating what we catch, living like real men! And uh, women! Just real living! It'll be great, trust me. There's even beach party opportunities, if you know what I mean. If all goes well, we leave this Sunday. So who's in?

So uh.. I hope you guys don't mind if I miss training for a few days. I'll be taking some friends of mine on a big fishing trip for a few days. Unwind! Enjoy nature! That sort of thing. I'll try to keep up my practice on my own, but it would take a few hours to go meeting you guys back in the village, given where we're going.

Hey, Edward. You okay with watching the smithy next week? I won't be around to run it. Oh and for everyone else, does anyone know any good creepy ghost stories for campfire situations? The creepier, the better!

[Once Sokka has made his messages sent out, he decides to enjoy the day off he scheduled himself from the smithy. So aside from attending school that day (and noting a specific lack of his sister, he decides to hang out on his roof practicing with a new flute he found. As it turns out, he's not very good with it just yet. Feel free to tell him to stop polluting the air with those horrible sounds. Hours later in the evening, he'll be off in the woods, deciding to enjoy some hunting. Anyone out in the woods at the time might find him skulking through the woods in his Water Tribe armor complete with wolf helmet. Because... he just likes an excuse to wear it.]

It's only fair if some people are walking and some are riding - I don't mind setting up. Maybe we can alternate on the way back.

I guess you're right. I just have to figure out who to put in each canoe...

Do you know who else knows how to row?

I've already taught Winry and Yellow to row, but I don't know that they could lead. Hugo should be able to, I hope. And.... maybe Zuko. I don't think he swam the whole way into the North Pole, do you?

I'm sure that Zuko can handle a canoe. He chased us all around the world, he can probably manage a river.

...if you guys are really going to force Caesar to come along, he should probably be in a canoe. Somehow I don't take him as much of a hiker.

[You will leave him alone as soon as he starts complaining, and he will get eaten by a platypus bear, and we will all have to deal with Hugo's D: face.]
