[Sokka has been running around throughout this entire invasion of butterflies. Having finally caught a moments rest, he decides it's about time to organize things. There's not much time for complicated filters, so he makes this fast.]

Alright, White Lotus. Heads up. Everyone should already know what's going on, by now. Someone has been killed already, so we need to step things up. Right now the town square seems to be the worst place right now. There's not a lot of us though, so we should concentrate our efforts on the southern part of the village for now. Those things are everywhere though, so be sure you have someone watching your back.

This is Sokka, from the White Lotus. We're here to back you guys up. We'll take care of the southern part of the village with what we can. That should free you guys up to focus on the town square and the rest of the village.

Sokka! [Heading over then.]

... What is that thing?

It's a flamethrower. Remember back in January, when we all had ideas to try out new jobs? I built this thing here because I wanted to be a firebender. Never thought I'd get to use it again.

It's pretty powerful. I'm glad it's of some use here.

Until it runs out of of fuel anyway. [And a few more of those little buggers are on their way. So Sokka is going to scorch them.]

We'll have to finish them off before that happens then. [Making sure no one will get in the way, or get hurt, he starts chanting. He just hopes the rain won't hinder his attack too much.]

I think there's less than before. So we're definitely getting things done.

[Fortunately with Hugo around and Longshot not too far off, Sokka isn't in too much danger of one of those things attacking him from behind. He's remaining wary, though. Not quite as reckless as when he pulled the same stunt near San.]

[And once they're close enough to hit without injuring any other residents, he lets out 'Blazing Wall' to fry them.]

How many of these do you think are left? [They didn't seem that plenty when he checked, but dangerous nonetheless if someone... died.]

There can't be that many more left... [His flamethrower takes out a few more.]

What was it like back at your building?

Less than what's here. I guess most of them were taken out already. [Casting another one then.]

I don't think this part of the village had received much protection until we stepped up. It figures most people would be focused on the area around the shops.

It's where most people live, I'm not surprised. [He frowns as he looks at the rest of the butterflies. They didn't seem to be slowing down despite the rain, even if there's less of them now.]

It's always the south that gets neglected, isn't it?

[Well, not really, but it seems fitting.]

That'll change one day, hopefully. [Though he has a point there.]

The South will rise again!

[Oh wait, too much into the moment. Frying bugs now.]

[Hugo just laughs and does the same. Good thing he doesn't need high-level spells on these things.]
