Wow guys... the ocean, the ocean is amazing. I forgot what it's like to see the sunrise over the ocean.

[Sokka, along with the rest of the Gaang and some others that accompanied him, is out by the ocean, having settled in despite the cold weather. What's a little thing like being nowhere in the middle of nowhere to keep him from being harassed by everyone?]

[And suddenly there is...a rather large, thick sword jutting from the ground. It's about the size of an average human male and looks about three times as heavy.

Even curiouser, however, is that there is a tiny white rat sitting atop the hilt of it, watching the ocean as well.]

[No wings on the mouse, but... that sword was definitely not there a few minutes ago.]

[No wings, unless you count those funny curling tufts of fur on his shoulders. Tachigami blinks, and swivels one ear toward Katara before speaking up politely.]

Oh...why, I am not entirely sure. [He doesn't really seem bothered by that fact, oddly. And even if he is, Tachigami seems rather calm about it.] I just so happened to find myself by the rolling ocean suddenly, and was rapt by its beauty. Many apologies if I disturbed you and your companions, miss!

[Rat, actually, but that's a common mistake, and Tachigami wouldn't feel insulted in the slightest. He swishes his long, curly tail and shakes his head.]

No, no...no interruption at all, young miss! I only wonder now where I am, though I am quite glad for the view. Nuregami would have been delighted to see these pristine waters...alas.
