After an awkward meeting of flirtatious juice and kiss-inducing flowers, Sokka and Xion managed to become fairly close, with Sokka developing a rather protective attitude towards her. Although he's not as involved with her life as he used to be, he still keeps an eye out for her.
He was forced to fight Xion when she transformed into a monster, fulfilling a promise he had made to her before. Though he didn't kill her, he contributed to her ultimate defeat.
He is aware of the fact she is a 'replica', somehow created based off of Kairi. He still doesn't fully understand how that works. Despite thinking that's all a bit weird, he doesn't treat her any differently for it.
When she was looking for a new weapon, he guided her through forging her own weapon, a sort of ax-sword fusion that Sokka jokingly refers to as a 'swaxe'.
