A whirlwind of weird things. Sokka and Haruki were originally unfriendly rivals who sometimes had civil conversations. When 'he' came back as the girl Haruhi, Sokka managed to tick her off and spent months convinced she'd revert to Haruki again. They get along a little better now, enough to be considered friends.
Sokka is aware of Haruhi's 'god powers' after they caused the two of them to swap bodies for a month. They lived out each other's lives for the full month until they were able to reverse the swap. No one but the two of them knows what happened. Consequently, Haruhi knows most of Sokka's past now.
Sokka is sympathetic to how things ended with Haruhi and Winry and tried (with little success on his part) to get them to be friends again.
